Hi Scott, we have been using the Lantronix UDS10, but we use them serially. We tried on one instrument to connect via TCP/IP, going straight to the network. Meditech said that it works on some, but not on others. I was told that while they say it is possible, it's not "officially supported" yet. So we just went back to the serial connection and have been fine.
