Hi,

We have been a Shams customer since 1998 using their Galaxy Data
Warehouse and Webchart, which we developed with their assistance.  Their
Customer Service Team has always been terrific, responsive and
available.

This last year we experienced some difficulties with server migrations
that did not go as planned and were disappointed with Shams' overall
handling of those particular situations.  However, for the day to day
operations and support of their products and long term customer
relationships we feel that overall we have had a positive experience
working with them.
