We are finding the Summary Report feature an 'almost, but not quite right' routine. We do have our ED assessments attached to PCS Interventions per the Knowledge base allowing for this data to also show on the Discharge Summary, and Process Plan. Any example that pulls specific ED assessment documentation (C/S) would be very much appreciated. Am hoping there are some creative examples out there !
