To all Cigna Medicare is requiring a referring or
ordering physician for certain codes. My problem is that on one encounter
I have Dr x as the performing & Dr y as the ordering, then I have Dr R as
the performing & Dr Z as the ordering. But I am only able to pull in
1 ordering Dr in my electronic submission. Has anyone else had this
