Try using DAT=CODE.128. This produces a more square barcode that is
shorter and wider. The barcode is code 128 instead of code 39 so you
may have some problems reading it. Therefore test it on any equipment
that will be scanning it. Another option, if you have version 5.5 you
can use the SIZE attribute to make the barcode wider (i.e. SIZE=2).

Subject: WIDING NPR BAR CODES

Is there any way to make the bar code that prints from NPR wider. I
have a NPR fragment that contains a calculated field to print the bar
code donor number. I am using the following parameters in the calc
field. DAT=BAR.CODE JFY=L LEN=25 [EMAIL PROTECTED]

The bar code prints but is very narrow. Is there a way to increase the
width?
