You should be able to schedule the job, to do this you would need to run the report in question, at the print on prompt type in schedule, and you are going to get a schedule screen. This also requires setup in the MIS ftp dictionary by setting up a FTP host. I created an NT account on our windows DC, then on a windows file server turned on FTP requiring authentication using the account. In the FTP host setup within MIS use the following example for user name, bjcmc.org\ftpuser. You may need to also setup a spool group for this purpose. This has been working flawlessly for 2 years, if you need assistance don't hesitate to call or email, thanks. We're sending the files out to a network directory, and picking up for a web file, or sending it thru our claims scrubber vendor. If any facilities have requested this, I would be curious to Meditech's response. Does Client Server have the capability to send 837 files to FTP folders? Any responses / comments / bantering appreciated. James Purvins Inland Northwest Health Services (509) 232-8384 This e-mail and any attachments are confidential and may also be privileged.
