Hi Charlotte,

The following should work out for you:

1) Create a macro called start.macro with the following code:

        %Z.date.add(@.today,0-1)^/THRU,
        [EMAIL PROTECTED] /THRU$6_16;@.today%5=16 /THRU$6_01}^/FROM

2) File and translate your macro

3) Use your date field as a Select Field with the operator GE and the
value /FROM

4) Use your date field as a Select Field with the operator LE and the
value /THRU

5) Use the following Footnote: AL START start.macro

6) File and translate your report

That should work out for you. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Print report Twice per Month

Good Afternoon List Lurkers:

We need to automate the printing of an NPR (via automate pro) on the 1st and
16th of each month. The report that prints on the 1st needs to pull data from
the 16th to month end of the previous month. We can't use T-15 in the FROM
select field due to the varying number of days in each month. We are C/S 5.5.2.

Any great ideas on how to solve this problem would seriously make my day!!!!

Thanks,
Charlotte
