We went with 5.5 SR2 and I have had the most problems with CWS. We really did test, but these issues were sporadic-not happening to every resource

  1. System won’t retain the date in process resource-users go in and out of resources after choosing a date – We had SCH 3492 removed
  2. They get automatic look ups when booking appointments on some users. Meditech says  that SCH2153 caused it, but we already had it and I am waiting for  them to get rid of this one.
  3. I am getting 2 DTSs (4135, 4095, ) to correct the following issue: We have all of our resources set to allow overbooking. In 5.4, we could
    overbook. Now if we want to overbook, we have to go down to the profile and change the appointment type from a max of 1 to a max of 2. In 5.5 test I set up PTA.5 for today for 2 appointments. When I try to change patient Betty Boop from a BPT.30 to a BPT.45, it won't allow me to over book. I believe this is an error, because it total defeats the purpose of allowing your resources to be overbooked
  4. You will need DTS's 4052 and 4391 to resolve the following issue:

1. Go to OT.9
2. Edit June 30th and put in a reason of VACA.
3. Change the 1200 1300  to 1200 1230
4. Change the 1300 1500  to 1230 1500
5. File-try to book an appointment on the date
6. Notice you can't book it.
7. Now to book it you have to enter through all the max fields on that day which
adds about 50 or more key strokes
