You won't like this answer but we eventually moved the PHA background jobs back
to an old NT4 server. We didn't have quite the same problem - we could not get
the form length to be respected on the generic text driver for W2003. When we
recently switched from a dot matrix printer to a Datamax I-4208, we were able
to move the PHA jobs back to a newer server.

Hi all,

We have moved to servers that are running Windows 2003 and the print drivers
appear to be playing havoc with the custom pharmacy labels. Lines that have an
asterisk in them result in the printout being 'fractured', for lack of a better
word. We are using an Epson LQ 870+ ES/P in pharmacy at this time.

Anyone else experienced the same? If so, what was the resolution?
Many thanks!
Teri
