We print the "Master Log by Procedure" out of B/AR 2-3 times a week for the charge code for the MISC test; then the proper charge is manually entered via "Process a Batch" routine there. We have the test name, code, and price information because the MISC test has a query attached that asks for this information and the lab staff member who entered the MISC test prints a Specimen Inquiry which is saved in a "to be billed" folder. It's a bit pedestrian, but it does work.
