To all those who have converted systems to
Meditech: I need to know how sites have handled down stream systems
during conversions when the medical record number is changing. Did they
convert all other systems (i.e. medical records system, lab system, etc) or did
they let it happen naturally with ADT transactions and patients came back into
the facilities. Any insight into what they did and what did/did not (and
how they tested it ahead of time) would be great. Thanks,
