Hello L'ers,

I have spoken/emailed with many of you over the last few months. I appreciate
all the help everyone has given me.

We are moving slowly but surely through the implementation of POM. We are C/S
5.5 SR2.

I have many outstanding issues and questions. If anyone can get back to me on
all, some or even one of these, please email me. Your feedback is always
appreciated.

1. Is anyone else out there 5.5 SR2 and LIVE with POM?
2. Is anyone else out there 5.5 SR0 or above, LIVE with POM, but not LIVE or
using PCM?
3. For those of you who are LIVE with POM, or going LIVE with POM, have you
encountered any of these complaints? If so, what are you doing to alleviate?
        a. When entering a procedure via POM, you have to click on the
procedure multiple times (3 to be exact) in order to finally select the
procedure and select "Add" to place the order. (Unnecessary keystrokes, time
consuming, and confusing for the end user)

        b. When you enter a med, choose a med, and then file the med, you are
brought back to the main POM screen. So, if you want to enter a 2nd
medication, you have to click on Medication/IV (for the 2nd time) and then
follow the same process. (Time consuming)

        c. TPN ordering. Is anyone doing this via POM and how are you doing
them? How are they built in PHA?

        d. In the EMR's Order History, can you see the POM Order Source when
you click on the Audit Trail? We can only see the order source for those
orders that originate from OE, not POM.

        e. When you order a medication via POM, you receive warning messages
for 0 dose warning?

Thank you all for your assistance.

Best wishes,
Courtney
