It really depends on why you need a second mnemonic for the drug.  If you want 
an "alias" mnemonic that might be easier to remember, Charlie's solution works. 
 If you need a separate ½ tab mnemonic like I've seen some folks ask about, you 
have to add the drug again to the drug dictionary with a separate mnemonic.  
When you add the new drug, it asks if you want to copy an existing drug.  You 
can use this to "initiailze" the second entry, then change the new one to make 
it match what you need.  Note that the NDC number for the second drug will have 
an "A" or whatever appended (concatenated) to it.  This is OK, the FSV update 
will ignore the extra digit and process the new mnemonic appropriately.

Bev - Yes and No. You can only assign one mneumonic per drug in the drug
dictionary, but then you can assign additional mneumonics in the field
"Other Mnemonics" on page 1 of the drug dictionary.
If you need to come up with mneumonics, I can send you mine.
