To: Meditech L Users:
Our Hospital has a Long Term Care Facility and we submit an MDS form to Medicare for these patients. We are in the State of Illinois. The MDS form changed in late April. A section “S” was added to the form. We have always used an elf cartridge to print our MDS form without problem. However, our vendor has not been able to supply us with an updated cartridge. Can anyone out there in L-Land (in Illinois) tell me how you are printing these forms? If you have a vendor who supplies an elf cartridge and if so who that vendor is? Thank you for your assistance.
