[MEDITECH-L] question pertaining to the NUI

Here is the scenario:

 

A user signs onto a PC, double clicks on the Meditech icon but when it comes up the window is not active (the bar at the top of the window is grayed).  The user tries to go into test but nothing happens (because the window is not active).  I see this occasionally but cannot figure out why.  There is not a common denominator when it comes to what kind of PC it happens to.  If the user clicks on the window after opening it there is no problem, but when the user double clicks on it and starts to log on without paying attention it appears there is a problem.

 

Has anyone seen this?
