Please post to list.

For my experience with POM rules there is no such thing as "changing" anything
about an order with a rule.

You can prompt a user to change something about an order (such as the start
time) but the rules capability itself has no capability to reach into an order
and change it.

To prompt/force the user to change the order you have to use Close, which
allows the user to file without being required to change the order, or create
two rules one that fires at ORD with Override and one that fires at FILE that
has DELETE.

Attributes can change fields in an order but they only work, (I think) on CDS
fields and start time is not a CDS field.

We do have things that we have attributes and rules that work in combination to
support ordering.

Hello all,

For those of you LIVE with POM, does anyone have a rule written that does the
following:

If an order is anything besides X1, then default to the next hour for its start
time (OO).

Would anyone know how I would write something like this? Has anyone else
written a rule like this?

Thanks again!
Courtney
