We are C/S 5.4 with CWS and have RCR's. We do not discharge the account at the end of the month. Our Finance people have been gracious enough to allow us to keep the same RCR account across months (and when they read this they will know how GRATEFUL we are). We do have a parameter which auto discharges if there is no activity for >30 days.
You should know, however, our RCR accounts will not discharge if there are pending appointments.
