We currently send out entire tablets of drugs even if the
order is a half a tablet. Nursing then breaks it in half and documents
accordingly. We would prefer to have pharmacy cut the tablets and only send
half a tab to the floor. How are other facilities handling this? If you are
sending half a tablet out to nursing, how are you handling the barcode
