Here's my challenge - I have a number of CDSs we will use to document our education activities. No problem.. We don't however, want to repeat the assessment of learning barriers and preferred methods of learning each time we document; that information is collected at the time the admission assessment.
Any ideas how to pop up a screen (like an @W.err) that will check the queries on the admission database and return the barrier queries that are answered yes, as well as the preferred methods of learning queries which are answered yes. Such as:

This patient prefers to learn by: Written instruction, visual demonstration, video |

If this screen would come up based on an IFE on the first query, to display before the user began the education documentation it would be great.
