On behalf of my Patient Accounts Supervisor ... Our understanding is that as you're setting up reminders, it is strictly day forward, so that you can't go back and pick up the existing accounts and have them have the reminders. Has anyone found a way around this? How do you catch the account from six months before you did the setup? Thanks!
