Help!!! We are trying to automate the delivery room record in order to create a nursery log. I have created an intervention for the delivery room record and in order for it to capture the data correctly we have attached it to the baby's chart. However, for mulitple births this would mean the nurse had to fill the information in twice. For you creative folks I need some help sharing some of the data for multiple births. Is there a way to make this work.? My nurses will absoutely die if I ask them to fill out the same information for the mother on two or three infants. I thought about putting the delivery information on the mothers chart and pull it to the baby chart but that would mean I would have to write an NPR report to print out a delivery room record for the nurse and doc to sign.
