Hi, we have Meditech CS 5.5 and are about to go LIVE with Kronos which we are just using as the timecard. Kronos is not calculating pay or PTO accruals. Currently Hr doesn't future date job transfers, tey backdate. Consequently, Kronos ORG MAPS needs to be updated with changes to job transfers and Meditech will be updated at a later date. Do other sites do this and recommend it? The other scenrio would be to future date the job transfer and Kronos ORG MAPS would be updated by the nightly employee file interface from Meditech...TIA for any info. Jean
