Hello: We are having problems with a particular Magic EDM status event since we went live with 5.5 SR2 in June. When we initially set our status events, we attached one to the ER Registration routine. Once a patient was registered, the status event of REG would appear on the Tracker. This was useful for Registration staff to identify who was received and still needs to be registered. Since our update in June, the status or REG is not showing or is very slow to show on the tracker once the pt has been registered. The only way that staff can verify registration status is by looking at the Patient Snapshot routine. This task has been logged with Meditech. We would like to know if any other user of Magic EDM has run into this particular problem since upgrading to 5.5. Thanks.
