I assume we're talking about PHA Workload (now that I see Jeff's name here...) - my opinion is that the Charge Type is the best "hook" for workload. You can have multiple CT's associated to a single Charge Formula - therefore you can assign very specific CT's to very specific drugs/areas in the PHA dictionary. You can then either use MT standard content Workload Reports (listed in your TBP's, and these can be added by MT if not currently there), or write some customs. I have seen many sites with 10 Charge Formulas and well over 50 Charge Types. Best of luck - Kevin. Kevin McConnell, PharmD.
