We have been live with the eMAR since Oct/05. And have been struggling since that time with issues related to incomplete/inaccurate information on the standard Meditech fragments for the administration report (PHA.RX.std.rx.detail.admin.1.R) and the MAR detail report (PHA.RX.std.mar.detail.ad1.R). Specifically if the med has a DC date/time or stop date/time this information is not displaying on the reports. So if you are using the report for downtime purposes, etc. you have no way of knowing that a med may have been DC'd already thus leading to the potential for an error. Meditech seems extremely reluctant to edit the standard fragments to include this information even after we explain how we are trying to use these reports. Has anybody had Meditech correct/edit these fragments to include this information? Or does anyone have a custom report for either the administration report or MAR format associated with the eMAR that they would be willing to share?
