What override comments do you currently use for pharmacy allergy checking?
We have only been able to come up with two currently and wanted to see what other sites have used. We currently have 1. MD contacted and Med OK to give with allergy and 2. Pharmacist ok med to give with current allergy (used for things like furosemide with a sulfa allergy).
