For sites that have the Penrad Mammography System interfaced
to the Meditech Radiology Module, what is your facility’s policy for
flagging and retaining reports that are placed on the wrong patient in the
Penrad system? How are you flagging these reports in the Penrad system for
legal and clinical documentation requirements? In the Meditech system, radiology
reports placed on the wrong patient can be flagged as cancelled in the
Radiology Module, and the report is flagged as cancelled in PCI but is not
viewable in PCI. The cancelled report is viewable in the MT Radiology Module. This site would like to know how other facilities have
