Has anyone created an NPR report (and willing to share) to reformat the Care Plan (if feasible)? We are planning to convert to DGI sort and I want to be able to capture the "Document Goal" and all other edits in the Care Plan in the hardcopy. For now, the only report where we can see all activities is thru Audit. We are Magic 5.4. All inputs are appreciated. Cristina G.
