We are magic 5.4. Our pharmacist wants to have a coumadin flow sheet for our patients that are in-house and taking coumadin. The flow sheet will show the dates give the drug, the next lab test protime result and the inr result. In the Meditech-L arhives search, I found messages that refer to such a report. I believe it is written with a couple of different frags. I would appreciate any tips or reports that anyone on the L would share with me concerning this flow sheet. I have written frags from financial modules and ADM but am unsure of Pharmacy and Lab.
