We have been LIVE with EDM since November. Life was good. We
got an upgrade from 5.4. to 5.5.3 July 23rd and since then the
EDM response time is not that great especially Order Sets and EPS(Clinical
review). I noticed that EDM response time was discussed on the
Meditech-L, but didn’t see the resolution. Would someone be able to share their findings and resolution
with us please. We would be very grateful!. Amira
