Good morning everyone!
I am working at a CS 5.5 client that would like to have a report that will show the number of transactions (based on the Workload Functions - orders entered, orders verified, etc.) by user and then have a total number of transactions by hour of day. For example:
User: KKNIGHT
Med Order: Rx #123 08/232/006-0911
Rx #456 08/232/006-1003
User: MEDITECHL
Med Order: Rx #789 08/23/2006-0946
IV Order Rx #234 08/23/2006-1056
Med Verify Rx
#567 08/23/2006-1311
TOTALS
0900 Med Orders 2
1000 Med Orders 1
1000 IV Orders 1
1300 Med Verify 1
I realize that this is very specific, but any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. The standard workload report only breaks the workload down by shift and that is not detailed enough.
