Good morning, L'ers;
We have used Citrix as our remote access method for a few years now.
Remote printing was available by choosing the Workstation Options,
Printer Setup routine, and choosing the HPlaserIIII selection (out of
the many printers available). Ever since we upgraded to OS 8.0,
however, there are no printers available in the Printer Setup window,
and our ability to print remotely has vanished!
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Any help is appreciated!!
