Iatric Systems is seeking a full time Support Consultant to join our Application Support Team. This position performs support activities to include project management of software installation and implementation, training, troubleshooting issues for clients, and developing positive relationships to maintain existing client base. This position will primarily support our Laboratory products including MobiLab and our Lab Outreach Web Portal. The ideal candidate will have laboratory knowledge, strong technical skills, as well as some NPR Report Writing capabilities. Good organizational skills and a proven history of excellent customer service are a must. Client Server experience would be a plus. Occassional overnight travel will be required.
