Does anybody else have a doctor's office or clinic owned by the hospital that is considered a Rural Health Clinic, not a stand-alone office? If so, I'd appreciate some input. Do you consider it another department in the hospital? Does it use Meditech? SCH, PRV/PPM, LSS? If not, what system does it use? Is the billing done in the same department as all other billing? If it's in a separate billing system (not LSS), how do you handle the Medicare and Medicaid 72 hour compliance/overlap rules? Any input is appreciated! Julia Julia F.
