We are seeing an increase in the number of mostly blank Departmental reports. The odd thing is that they are not really blank and when printed contain all the text. When viewing, however, they appear blank. Only the header and trailer shows.
Meditech’s action when notified of these reports has been to recompile them, one at a time. We asked for a more proactive approach to 1. explain why this happens 2. identify those reports that exist in this condition and recompile them 3. fix the problem We have been ignored about the why, told that the only way to identify these reports is to have users tell us of them and as far as I know, no one is looking at a fix.
Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone have more information? Thanks in advance, SK |
