Nope, I don't consider the posting a boast of any kind - merely a courteous effort to inform a host of Meditech users of litigation which involves an active member of the Meditech community. That's what it has to do with the "L". I deem it a much better manner in which to be made aware of the legal action than to read of it in some obscure newsletter. I don't believe any of the Iatric Systems staff could ever be accused of "boasting" - though it's certainly justifiable were they to do so. You won't find a more professional, sincere and knowledgeable crowd of pros within one organization anywhere else in Meditechia.
