We have been using the HP (now Phillips) monitor interface in our ICU for 9
yrs without any problems. We are going live with EDM in the near future
and assumed that we could use the interface in the same manner as in ICU.
We are being told by Meditech that the monitor interface does not work in
EDM. They say that we will need to send the monitor data to NUR instead of
EDM. This is not acceptable to us. We do not want some data in EDM
and some in NUR. We would like to have all our documentation located in
one place. Has anyone come up with a solution to have the monitor data
flow right into EDM instead of NUR?
