Meditech L readers:
We are in the beginning stages of defining
our scope/requirements of an Human Resources Information System [HRIS].
Over the past years, I recall reading on the
"L" that there are several Meditech Hospitals that have evaluated, selected, and
implemented an HRIS system that may or may not be interfaced to the Meditech
PP/Personnel application.
I would greatly appreciate hearing from any
Meditech hospital what system was selected and implemented. If there is an
interface[s], is it one way or bi-directional? and who my have
engineered/developed the interface? And, perhaps more importantly,
has your HRIS selection met HR's expectation?
