Here's the scenario: Patient presents at the hospital on 8/29/06 and is registered as CLI outpatient then goes to the radiology dept for isotope. Patient comes back next day (8/30/06) for the radiology exam. Would you register the patient on the 29th and again on the 30th? How do you handle this type of situation?
