Hi,
We are implementing Magic Lab 5.5 and are running into
some issues with our analyzers at a remote site. We have a remote lab in another
part of the city connected via VPN over a high-speed network. It seems after
about 2 hours the analyzers timeout and we can't transmit unless we stop and
start the interface in lab. We have the same analyzers onsite with the exact
same wiring, connectors, config, that do not have the same problem. At this
point it doesn't seem to be a firewall issue as far as we can tell. Has anyone
experienced a similar problem transmitting remotely.
