Title: MED ADMINS REPORTING
We currently have CDS attached to some of our meds so that users document vital signs, pulses etc on certain drugs. We would like to be able to run a report by date and possibly by user for a list of all drugs and the CDS documentation. Very similar to the standard report out of nursing that shows a particular intervention and how many times and fields that were charted for a patient on a date. Does anyone already have a means to do this. Any solutions ideas would be greatly appreciated.
