We are utilizing some DataMax E4203 printers to print some patient labels. These have custom labels loaded and run from the Meditech print servers with the Vendor drivers installed. We have noticed, after going live (never saw the issue during testing) that the print servers randomly change the label size back to one of the default label sizes contained in the driver. We only have to change the label size for one of the printers, and they all go to the desired size. Has anyone seen this, and know of a fix, or workaround? We are currently checking the print servers once every hour of so, to see if we have to change the label size. Thanks in advance. Brian H.
