We are using Citrix, however, we seem to have run into a problem, with MS Word and the remote users. Meditech has effectively said 'this is not a Meditech' issue. We are attempting some other ways, which the remote service has utilized with other versions of Meditech, but are still running into issues. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
