Liz, we are a 5.5 SR2 MAGIC facility, but I hope maybe some of my
answers to your questions may be helpful.

1) When did/will you go live with PCM? Went LIVE with PCM 02/06 with
Physician
DeskTop, Physician Workload, and Clinical Review.
2) How many beds does your facility have? 180
3) Are your doctors employed or contract? 2 employed, a few physicians
(ER, Pathologists,
Radiologists) are contract, and all others are independent. Total
medical staff
   around 500.
4) How many physicians are actively using MEDITECH? All the staff.
5) How many physicians are currently live with PCM? 6 (Pilot group)
6) Are you mandating the use of PCM facility wide? Not at this time but
in the planning
   stages.
7) Did you roll PCM out in groups or as a whole? The pilot group has PCM
access in-house
and remotely. Will roll PCM out individually. Each physician will
get one-on-one
   training.
8) Did you change your Unit Staff from OE to POM for Order Entry? At
this time, only POM
is used in our EDM system by the Unit Staff.
9) What type of Computer devices are you using on the Units for the
physicians? (i.e.
Standalone PC, Wireless Carts, PDA's, Tablets) Standalone PCs and
Wireless Carts
10) Are you experiencing any issues with device availability for the
Physicians? No. But
we try to keep a handle on the availability and the physicians are
encourage to let me
know if there are any issues. The physicians do a good job
informing me about any of
    their issues regarding Meditech.
11) If using Tablets how are you securing and re-charging them? N/A
