Hello, Can anyone help me with a delima. We are beginning the
journey of creating total online documentation for all clinical staff.
Currently we have some of our paper documents are caremaps. Has anyone taken: ·

online critical pathways ·
or taken paper caremaps and turned
them to online documentation ·
or kept the caremaps on paper while
