Hello NPR Gurus,
I have problem with some nursing queries that were left blank on the last documentation but were completed some time in the past. These queries on my report will print the last entered value and not the "blank" value. How do I get this last query to print as a "blank" on my report? I cannot use a date or time frame, e.g. "td.act.date eq @today" since the queries on this report are coming from various interventions that were completed any date in the past.
