Our Downtime was very fast, a little less then two hours.   We let users on after 3 hours and 30 mins because of issues.  We went down at 3:00am, but not all our applications had consultants from Meditech on call so a lot of things got fix after 9:00am.

Hello there in L-land! We are finishing up our Testing for our 5.5 Update and have a question. If anyone recently updated from 5.4 SR 2 to 5.5 SR3, we were wondering if you could let us know how long your downtime was. Our LIVE date is 11/14/06 and we have had a lot of departments ask this question. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
