Sure did! Fortunately, our apps specialist was on the ball and knew what was needed. These have been loaded in TEST and fixed the problem, but he indicated we needed (Magic 5.4.3):
DTS'es - 7622, 4046, 6349, 6350, 6494, 6556, 6763, 6792, 6863, 7031, 7589, & 7972
Yep, that's right, there were 12 DTS'es required to provide the fix.
If your analyst has any further questions, have them check our issue #4993443. Our analyst said this issue is affecting all the FSV vendors' files. It's a dice roll as to whether any or all files are actually loading (regardless of what the system indicates).

Recently I have experienced a problem with our latest FSV (Medi-Span) File. Quite a few Generic Names have the Related Ingredient Allergy fields populated by Medi-Span with incorrect Related Ingredients. For example, Acetaminophen has Docusate, Morphine, Ipratroprium, Fish-Derived Products, Guaifenesin, Codeine, among others.
 
I reported this to MEDITECH and they asked me to contact Medi-Span. I have not received any responses, despite multiple calls/emails. In any case, I called MEDITECH back a few days later and my Apps Specialist now states that three more of her sites are experiencing the same problem.
 
Is anyone out there in L-Land noticed this issue? Thanks and have a great day.
