did! Fortunately, our apps specialist was on the ball and knew what was needed.
These have been loaded in TEST and fixed the problem, but he indicated we needed
(Magic 5.4.3):

- 7622, 4046, 6349, 6350, 6494, 6556, 6763, 6792, 6863, 7031, 7589, &
7972
Yep,
that's right, there were 12 DTS'es required to provide the
fix.
If
your analyst has any further questions, have them check our issue #4993443. Our
analyst said this issue is affecting all the FSV vendors' files. It's a dice
roll as to whether any or all files are actually loading (regardless of what the
system indicates).

Quite a few Generic Names have the Related Ingredient Allergy fields populated by Medi-Span with incorrect Related Ingredients. For example, Acetaminophen has Docusate, Morphine, Ipratroprium, Fish-Derived Products, Guaifenesin, Codeine, among others.I reported this to MEDITECH and they asked me to contact Medi-Span. I have not received any responses, despite multiple calls/emails. In any case, I called MEDITECH back a few days later and my Apps Specialist now states that three more of her sites are experiencing the same problem.Is anyone out there in L-Land noticed this issue?
