Hi Janet -
The field "Access to Patient Snapshot" needs to be set to "Y" on page 2 of
the Nurse Access dictionary.
That should do it!

BlankWe are starting to explore the Status Board and I have a question. I
have created a status board for general nursing. When I click on the
patient name on the status board, I am taken to the screen from admissions
that shows the general info: Name, address, Admitting, attending, family
docs, admission date and time, reason for visit and diagnosis code. I have
created another status board that we might begin using for the docs. When
I click on the name in this status board, nothing happens. Is this an
access issue? I just can't figure it out. Any ideas? Thanks.
