Hi Janet, Check the Nurse Access dictionary for your physician's group. Go to page 2 and make sure the "Access to Patient Snapshot" is set to "Y".

I have created a status board for general nursing. When I click on the patient name on the status board, I am taken to the screen from admissions that shows the general info: Name, address, Admitting, attending, family docs, admission date and time, reason for visit and diagnosis code. I have created another status board that we might begin using for the docs. When I click on the name in this status board, nothing happens. Is this an access issue? I just can't figure it out.
